I’ve become a big fan of Mel Robbins because she’s relatable, authentic, and down-to-earth. She shares her stories with honesty and isn’t afraid to show vulnerability. In The Let Them Theory, Mel encourages readers to rethink their views on perfection, comparison, control, judgment, and self-acceptance. Her book offers unique insights that resonate differently depending on where you are in life. For me, the most impactful lesson was her explanation of the three pillars of friendship: proximity, timing, and energy. I appreciated how she broke each concept down, providing a clearer understanding of what makes a meaningful and lasting friendship.
